In April 1991, St. Cabrini Home extended its tradition of
caring to include senior citizens with the opening of Cabrini-on-Hudson, An Adult Community on the West
Park campus. Cabrini-on-Hudson provides independent living for ambulatory men and women over age 55 and
continues to serve a frail, elderly population in both residential and day care programs.
Cabrini-on-Hudson offers a program of social and recreational activities as well as comfort, security,
and personal assistance with medication and activities of daily living. All of this is accomplished in
a Christian environment that respects the dignity and worth of each client entrusted to our care.
The center, which overlooks the Hudson River, accommodates 60 people. All faiths
and nationalities are welcome. Room, board, social activities, recreational services,
and 24-hour assistance are provided.
